Also: two Ford trucks; a Honda 250 quad 2x4; four tracked vehicles ("Rangers"); two alum skiffs each with two engines, one equipped with a power roller; a custom F/G skiff and 50 hp motor; and a small, powered skiff useful for ferrying people and equipment.

Also: A large cabin with beach access almost directly in front of the Naknek sites. Included with the cabin is an undivided 1/2 interest in the property as well as an undivided interest in a generator room and diesel generator which powers the main cabins; a bath house which also supplies water to the main buildngs; two smaller cabins; two Sea-Land containers for equipment storage; an equipment storage building; and two net-mending racks.

Also: Includes all the equipment to run a commercial fishing operation, nets, buoys, screw anchors, running lines, etc.
